Price: USD $300 / JPY ¥35,000 (Fixed rate)
- Deadline: February 28, 2026
- Entry Policy: A name badge must be worn to enter all official events.
- Note: Name badges are issued only to registered guests. If your guests will not attend any events, registration is not required.
Refund Policy
Cancellation Deadline:
- On or before Jan 15, 2026: Full refund available.
- After Jan 15, 2026: Non-refundable.
Refunds are processed in USD based on the JPY amount at the time of payment. Exchange rates may affect the final USD amount.

If you wish to present a poster, please submit your abstract using the template file via the Google Form during the submission period. A few presenters will be selected for short talks. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us: contact@neurowintersummit.org

- Authors
- Affiliation: (Affiliation, City, Country)
- Body: Single spaced, 12 point

including punctuation(spaces not counted).
Figures and tables can be inserted. - Poster board size:
